How Spear kick-started my career
“I was applying for jobs, getting rejected...I lacked confidence in speaking to a large group of people. We had to do a presentation (on the company visit]) which was actually useful, quite nerve-wracking at first. It was like a huge room, 17 people, I think.
“The interview practice (on Spear) has made a difference – the mock interview really helped. And I actually did the interview yesterday. I got the job.”
